He has a passion for athletics and has worked with various athletes and individuals with varying impairments to further his understanding of the human body and to propel his learning as much as possible.

Austin loves taking on a new challenge and enjoys problem-solving to help others get back to their normal functioning self. His approach includes both basic and advanced techniques to create long-lasting change and prevent further injury. His philosophy is rooted in basic human anatomy and movement with the ability to adjust however best suits your needs.

Whether it’s from a previous injury, nagging issues, or trying to reduce general soreness, Austin will do his best to help get you back to doing the things you love most!

Javier earned a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University in 2018.

He has a special interest in the treatment of low back pain, chronic pain, sports and work from home-related injuries.

He is also interested in acupuncture as part of a complete Physiotherapy treatment, and is one of the instructors for the Medical Acupuncture course at McMaster University.

Javier believes that working 1-on-1 with the client and identifying/ addressing the root cause(s) of the symptoms is extremely important to offer long-term relief.

Francine Dixon is a registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She received her Diploma in Acupuncture in 2017 from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine (AIM) Academy in Toronto and was also certified as a Life & Meditation Coach in 2020.

While recovering from an injury she discovered the benefits of alternative medicine which led to her transitioning her professional focus from Business Management & Training to Chinese Medicine. It is a combination of personal experience, formal training, and a true passion for supporting her clients along their healing journey that creates a restorative experience for the mind and body.

Francine’s approach starts with establishing a connection with her clients by understanding their needs and helping them to understand the mind and body connection. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Prevention for health restoration, along with other modalities including Cupping, Moxibustion, Tuina, Nutrition, Reiki, and Pain Management Therapy.

A few areas she commonly treats are chronic pain, stress and anxiety, insomnia, depression, digestive disorders, headaches and migraines.

Francine is successful in improving not only her client’s physical health but also their mental well-being.
